Request a Donation

Lonnie Poole Golf Course is a self-supporting entity of The NC State University Centennial Development, LLC.

Due to our affiliation with the university, all donations will be made to programs who benefit NC State University organizations (students, faculty and staff). Due to the high amount of donation requests we receive, please read
the following to help determine if your request aligns with our donation policy.

We will only consider requests from:

  • University-affiliated organizations.
  • Events conducted by university-recognized, faculty or staff organizations and university departments.
  • Events that will support the Lonnie Poole Golf Course brand to the golf community.

All donations will be in the form of Greens Fee Passes. Decisions regarding donations are at the discretion of the Professional Staff. Meeting one or more of the guidelines listed above does not guarantee your organization a donation.

If you feel your organization meets our guidelines, please direct all requests to General Manager, Chip Watson at chip@lonniepoolegolfcourse.com. We require literature explaining the details of your event and all requests must be submitted at least 10-14 business days before the event date.
