Za’atar-Crusted Salmon Served over an Israeli couscous salad with grilled vegetables and topped with a cucumber-mint yogurt sauce
Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb Served over roasted red pepper farro, sauteed rainbow chard and finished with a mint pesto
Chicken Artichoke Pan-seared chicken breast, artichoke hearts, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, in a lemon butter sauce. Served with herbed wild rice and grilled asparagus
