The menu includes:
Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Ground chicken mixed with water chestnuts, mushrooms, and green onions. Served with lettuce cups and ginger soy dipping sauce
Lobster, cream cheese and scallions folded in a wonton wrapper. Served with a carrot ginger salad
Hoisin-Glazed Pork Belly
Crispy, braised pork belly served with grilled green onions, blistered farm fresh baby carrots, and a potato and parsnip puree
Gochujang Fried Chicken
Korean-style sweet and spicy fried chicken served with steamed baby bok choy and pork belly and kimchi fried rice
Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna
