Jumbo shrimp simmered in ham gravy served over parmesan grit cakes and stewed okra
Boursin and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken
Airline chicken breast stuffed with boursin and prosciutto. Topped with sun dried tomato cream sauce, pumpkin goat cheese risotto and roasted brussel sprouts
