FIRST COURSE

Butternut Squash Ravioli – Served in a coconut curry sauce with julienne vegetables

SECOND COURSE

Your choice of:

Beef Carpaccio – Thinly sliced marinated beef tenderloin with arugula, shaved parmesan, and a balsamic glaze

Fried Green – Tomatoes Served with pickled red onions and pimento cheese. Vegetarian option

THIRD COURSE

Warm Pimento Goat Cheese Salad  – Frisee and butter lettuce topped with cranberries, apples, spiced pecans, pimento goat cheese, and a maple-orange vinaigrette

FOURTH COURSE

Your choice of:

Arugula Stuffed Airline Chicken Breast  -Topped with a roasted red pepper cream sauce and served with a saffron-barley risotto and caramelized shallot green beans

Pistachio Crusted Grouper  – Topped with a chive-mustard cream sauce and served with roasted rosemary potato coins and sauteed spinach

Basil-Pesto Ziti  – With sundried tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese. Vegetarian option
