APPETIZERS

Roasted Pumpkin Soup
Spiced pumpkin seeds with horseradish creme fraiche and herb croutons

Tuna Poke Nachos
Marinated tuna mixed with grilled pineapple served on top of fried wontons. Topped with seaweed salad, spicy aioli, and wasabi cream

ENTREES

Herb Crusted Prime Rib
Herb crusted prime rib served with sweet potato hash, lemon garlic broccoli rabe, and a rosemary jus

Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits
Jumbo shrimp simmered in ham gravy served over parmesan grit cakes and stewed okra

Boursin and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken
Airline chicken breast stuffed with boursin and prosciutto. Topped with sun dried tomato cream sauce, pumpkin goat cheese risotto and roasted brussel sprouts

Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme
Rich chocolate custard with bruleed Italian meringue
