APPETIZERS

Firecracker Shrimp
Grilled, marinated shrimp served over pineapple-jalapeno slaw. Topped with crispy wonton strips and firecracker sauce
Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
Kale and arugula greens topped with roasted beets, pickled red onions, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese. Served with a ginger poppy seed dressing

ENTREES

Boursin Chicken
Grilled chicken breast with sauteed spinach and mushrooms. Served in a Boursin cheese and sherry cream sauce with creamy mashed red-skinned potatoes and julienne vegetables
Sirloin Steak Au Poivre
Peppercorn-crusted sirloin steak in a brandy cream sauce. Served with cider-glazed Brussel sprouts and a mushroom-parmesan risotto
Blackened Salmon
Blackened salmon with a lemon-dill cream sauce. Served with cajun rice pilaf and fried green beans

Passion Crème Chiboust Coconut frangipan with raspberry coulis and candied coconut
